With 30 years of experience, I've honed an eclectic approach to therapy, combining insight, problem-solving, and coping skills to provide the highest standard of care. My extensive knowledge, coupled with a deep understanding of patients' needs, allows me to deliver highly personalized and effective treatment. I have a proven record of helping patients achieve meaningful and lasting change. I help with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, stress, work issues, relationships, grief/loss, anger management, eating disorders, communication, and parenting.​ As a former Social Work Officer in the Army, I am uniquely qualified to help Servicemembers, Veterans and military families.
